		Lounge The lounge area is laid out and centred towards the patio doors which give a view to an amenity area and mountain ranges beyond. A relaxed layout with comfortable seating, large widescreen television and DVD player.

		Bathroom Bathroom with WC, bath, shower taps, wash hand basin and shaver point. Hall The hall leading from the entrance has a cupboard housing the hot water tank and another cupboard with electrics housing vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.
